Rubber is an exciting material in the truest sense of the word.

For our diverse applications and solutions, we use natural rubber (latex), latex-free synthetic rubber as well as other technical elastomers such as neoprene and cold-elastic rubber, which also has significantly increased resistance to oil and ozone.

Synthetic rubber is characterised by a very uniform force-elongation curve as well as good restoring force and allows a high number of load changes.

Latex is the cheaper option, which is used in applications where the characteristics of synthetic rubber are not required.

We essentially use four different yarns for our customers, depending on the technical requirements: Polypropylene (PP) is a very light material with high resistance to external influences. A material that is available in many standard colours as a multifilament yarn.

Polyester (PES) is characterised by high strength and good UV resistance. We have a standard range of spun-dyed multifilament yarns. It is also possible to produce special colours or to dye the yarn subsequently.

Polyethylene (PE) is also UV-resistant and is used in particular where high wear resistance is required. The range of colours is limited. The wire-like design prevents the "fluffing" that can occur with multifilament yarns under high loads.

Aramid is a particularly high-quality material that is characterised by high tear and cut resistance. It is also non-flammable.

The machinery in our braiding shop is in operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to produce exactly the product you need from the combination of rubber and yarn. From 3 mm to 16 mm diameter - whether single or double braided - in plain black or in your personal special colour, there is hardly an application for which we cannot find the right solution.

The length of the rope is precisely defined in every project. It is therefore extremely important that the ropes are cut precisely to the specified length. The rope is cut to the exact length specified for the item on our automatic hot cutting machines. This ensures reproducibility and avoids unnecessary rejects while significantly increasing capacity.

No matter where and how you want to use a rubber cord...we have the solution. With our large selection of attachment parts, such as hooks, eyelets, threads or magnets, we will find the right connection for your rubber rope.

Our products and solutions are used in many applications where safety, accident protection and absolute reliability are of the utmost importance. We therefore have a test procedure that we use to continuously test the quality of our products and solutions in all process steps.
